The role
Lead Legal Counsel focusing on Privacy and Healthcare Compliance, reporting to the General Counsel.
Drive privacy program initiatives and ensure HIPAA and healthcare regulations compliance for handling sensitive health information.
Provide strategic and day-to-day legal guidance on privacy issues, governance, and data protection across cross-functional teams.
Address AI regulatory considerations and support privacy risk management, incident response, and regulatory inquiries.
Partner with product, IT, operations, and outside counsel to review contracts, manage vendors, and develop policies.
Preferred profiles include experience at top-tier firms or in-house roles within PBMs, pharmaceutical firms, or pharmacies, with strong communication skills.
