The role
Seek and support end-to-end talent research for a Commercial & Investment Bank recruiting team.
Lead identification, engagement, and successful recruitment of banker talent, in collaboration with seasoned recruiters and business leaders.
Conduct heavy research using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, the internet, phone, and other tools to build pipelines and candidate slates.
Provide market intelligence and guidance to recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers; educate candidates on career growth and opportunities.
Manage compensation expectation conversations, slate goals, and presentation of qualified candidates while maintaining data integrity in the ATS.
Proactively offer innovative sourcing solutions and partner with stakeholders to anticipate needs and streamline processes.
