The role
Network Operations Center Engineer:
Troubleshoot and support critical incidents, provide level 3 support for network, IPT, and infrastructure issues, and maintain documentation.
3+ years of Cisco IPT, Firewall (Palo Alto preferred), and O365/Exchange experience.
CCNA certification, 3+ years of customer support, application support, and incident response experience.
W2 employment, occasional travel to Charlotte, NC.
