The role
Serve as the face of the field sales team, engaging homeowners with personalized lawn care solutions.
Perform door-to-door outreach to assess needs, educate on services, and build lasting relationships.
Deliver tailored recommendations using a proven sales playbook and close deals.
Log interactions in a CRM and track activity to meet performance targets.
Cross-sell and upsell services to elevate lawn health and customer value.
Must be located in the United States, comfortable outdoors, with a valid driver's license and strong communication skills.
