The role
A Managed Services HR Specialist oversees the full employee lifecycle, partners with leadership to cultivate a high-performing culture, and manages talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and excellent communication skills. Experience in marketing, agency settings, or B2B services is highly desirable, along with a relevant HR qualification and global HR experience. The professional will develop learning frameworks, facilitate engagement initiatives, and support policy adherence in a fast-changing industry. Technical skills include HRIS systems, KPI tracking, and digital marketing tools, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.
