The role
Housekeeper: responsible for housekeeping and laundry functions, creating a safe and inviting environment for residents, families, and team members.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing fixtures and surfaces.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly condition.
- Assist with resident care and follow community procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work with frequent interruptions.
- Valid driver's license may be required for some positions.
