The role
This role focuses on building and improving a high-quality search experience by leveraging modern ML, NLP, and multimodal techniques.
You will optimize ranking, query understanding, and video understanding to deliver relevant search results.
Responsibilities include aligning product objectives with scalable ML methods and designing robust, full-stack search systems.
Required: a degree in CS or a related field, strong coding skills (C++, Python, Java), and experience in search, ranking, ads, or recommender systems.
Preferred: hands-on experience in NLP, multimodal learning, information retrieval, and production ML with solid data structures and algorithms.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
