Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Safety

Role: Work on end-to-end ML safety systems to identify and mitigate risks for creators and fans. Build, train, and iterate machine learning models focused on safety domains such as content moderation, fraud detection, and account integrity. Analyze data and prepare training sets, including crowdsourced labeling where appropriate. Deploy models to production and contribute backend code for proper integration and monitoring. Debug performance gaps using observability signals and iterate on improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, policy, legal, and Trust & Safety Operations to design effective ML solutions that balance safety with user experience. Communicate findings clearly, document decisions, and drive ownership of ML components from prototype to production, with a focus on measurable impact and robust experimentation.
