The role
Provide HR and hospitality support to Sailors, helping them grow and succeed.
Manage front office duties, clerical tasks, and personnel records to keep operations efficient.
Coordinate onboarding, promotions, career development, and benefits information.
Deliver hospitality services such as dining support, laundry, barbering, and other morale-boosting programs.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain documentation, generate reports, and safeguard compliance.
Work across shipboard, base, and shore locations, contributing to a mission-ready crew.
