The role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Marketing Studio AI Content team, you will write and ship production code that drives meaningful user and business impact. You will envision, build, and analyze new features and tools that contribute to growth and revenue, working autonomously on complex problems spanning multiple teams. You will collaborate with a small cross-functional team and stakeholders across engineering, product, design, and research to craft customer-centric solutions. You will design experiments to gain insights into user behavior and continuously improve the experience, gaining exposure to HubSpot's business. You will mentor others, partner with recruiting to build remarkable engineering teams, and help shape the product architecture and data-informed decision making.
