The role
Lead a high-performing ML engineering team to build and operate a production-grade GenAI-enabled enterprise search platform.
Own the ML platform architecture for ranking, training, evaluation workflows, and health monitoring to enable rapid iteration for relevance engineers.
Champion the integration of LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to deliver modern, intelligent search experiences.
Drive quality and performance through best practices in data pipelines, model evaluation, testing, and scalable deployment.
Partner with product, design, customer success, and search infrastructure to align initiatives with business goals and improve usability.
Mentor engineers and manage plans, timelines, and budgets to deliver production-ready solutions.
