Senior Estimator – Fit-Out & Remedial Works

The Senior Estimator – Fit-Out manages fire safety, compliance, and remedial projects within the construction industry, primarily in commercial and public sector buildings. The role involves reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to accurately assess costs and scope of works, alongside building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors during tender processes. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, cost plans, tender returns, and conducting risk assessments and value engineering to optimise project profitability. Candidates should have extensive estimating experience in construction, with preferred knowledge of fire protection, fire doors, automated doors, and M&E works. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent communication skills are essential; teamwork and organisation are also critical attributes.
