The role
Lead the development and execution of an AI and digital strategy aligned with business goals and design excellence.
Identify opportunities to embed AI into design workflows, project delivery, and client engagement, with clear success metrics.
Pilot and scale AI-powered tools for design, documentation, visualization, simulation, and operational efficiency across concepts to construction administration.
Drive change management through training, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to foster digital fluency and adoption.
Oversee data, analytics, and governance to support decision-making, ethical AI use, and client insights.
Represent the organization in industry forums, develop thought leadership, and collaborate on client-facing narratives and offerings.
