The role
The position involves leading a physiotherapy team within a neurological rehabilitation service at a specialist centre. The role includes developing and evaluating the service, using clinical reasoning for complex neurological cases, and setting holistic treatment goals in collaboration with patients and teams. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure high standards of care, and maintain professional development, working with the wider therapy and management teams. The role requires flexibility for occasional weekend and bank holiday work, supporting a seven-day care model.
