The role
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business, financial goals, and industry trends to propose investment banking solutions.
Perform in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, valuation, and due diligence on client companies to assess financial health and transaction viability.
Support M&A, IPO, and secondary offering processes, coordinating with legal, compliance, and internal teams to execute transactions.
Collaborate with Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Research, and Risk Management to deliver integrated and tailored client solutions.
Champion energy transition and sustainability by engaging clients on climate strategies and sustainable finance opportunities where applicable.
Demonstrate strong risk management and controls, regulatory compliance, and leadership in guiding analysts and coordinating cross-functional work.
