The role
Serve high-net-worth clients (assets $250k to $1M) via inbound calls with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Provide guidance on products and services, and execute transactions across options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income.
Own each case from intake to resolution, researching issues and communicating solutions clearly to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client’s financial success and partner with a Financial Consultant to discuss next steps.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requests and ensure timely, accurate handling.
Conduct proactive outbound outreach to confirm resolutions or gather information as needed.
