The role
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives to guide the organization.
Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations while developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Lead data analysis to identify trends and advise leadership on workforce planning and process improvements.
Manage employee relations, mentor managers, and address policy and performance matters with guidance.
Administer HR budgeting, benefits programs, and the performance management cycle, including goal setting and development plans.
