The successful candidate will have substantial hotel management experience, particularly with multi-site operations and a strong background in rooms division. Responsibilities include site inspections, staff training, overseeing compliance, and supporting financial and strategic planning. The position requires exceptional leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work across all hotel sites. Technical skills include familiarity with PMS systems such as Mews and Flexkeeping, alongside quality standards and operational procedures.
