The role
We are seeking a highly capable Multimedia Journalist and Field Producer to research, write, shoot, and edit weather and climate stories for TV and digital platforms.
Conceive, plan, and package short and long-form projects; coordinate shoots, write scripts, and assemble compelling content.
Bring live television production experience and comfort working with on-camera personalities to create clear, engaging coverage.
Pitch story ideas, develop cross-platform coverage, and adapt content for TV, web, and social channels.
Travel on short notice and field-produce during severe weather events, often under tight deadlines.
Demonstrate initiative, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and maintain composure to deliver timely, high-quality storytelling.
