The role
Lead the integration of global legal guidance into market and franchise execution strategies.
Develop and implement legal frameworks ensuring consistency across markets.
Drive risk, compliance, governance, and global standard discussions; identify and mitigate legal risks.
Draft, review, and negotiate high-impact commercial and operational agreements; provide timely, practical counsel to business leaders.
Influence senior stakeholders, support governance processes, and guide change management with clear, business-aligned legal solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and collaborate with global teams to align strategy with legal risk management.
