The role
Drive sales growth, profitability, and long-term client relationships by delivering a full-service HVAC, building automation, and energy solutions package.
Develop prospects and convert them into accounts through persuasive presentations, technical proposals, and value-driven discussions.
Collaborate with business development, project management, and engineering leadership to continuously improve account programs and meet targets.
Prepare and deliver client proposals with financial modeling and technical content using standard templates and pricing models.
Manage pricing, accounts receivable, payments, and P/L reporting while supporting QA and industry engagement.
Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows, building relationships with Chief Engineers, Property Managers, and other decision-makers to drive growth.
