The role
Own end-to-end architecture of AI services, data pipelines, and inference systems to deliver scalable, reliable AI-powered features.
Design and implement MCPs, AI Agents, and AI Workflows to standardize model lifecycle, governance, and observability.
Lead PoCs from ideation to production handoff, establishing engineering best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and security.
Develop modular AI framework components, reusable TypeScript SDKs, and performance/cost optimization strategies (batch vs streaming, caching, quantization).
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists on model selection, prompt engineering, guardrails, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Ensure security, privacy, and compliance requirements are met, partnering with product, security, and governance teams.
