The role
Seeking a Litigation Defense Associate Attorney with 1–10 years of civil litigation experience to handle insurance coverage, bad faith, and injury defense matters in Seattle.
Responsibilities include taking depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and managing discovery and document review.
You will prepare cases for mediation, trial, and other dispute resolution proceedings, and communicate with carriers, insureds, and clients.
Qualifications include WA State Bar admission, JD from an accredited school, and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Experience with insurance coverage, coverage opinions, and related liability matters is preferred.
