The role
A chemical process engineer designs, develops, and optimises chemical and industrial processes, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. They interpret technical data, develop procedures, and collaborate with clients in technical and commercial discussions. They are responsible for preparing health and safety documentation and conducting site-based tasks requiring physical endurance. Candidates are expected to hold a degree in chemical engineering or a related field and possess relevant safety certifications. They should be familiar with project management, technical drawings, and negotiations, working closely with teams across different project phases. Flexibility to travel and work weekends is required, with additional compensation provided for such hours.
