The role
Lead the monthly forecasting and reporting cycle, delivering clear insights to the executive team.
Develop and refine scalable financial models for scenario planning, headcount forecasting, and SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, gross margin).
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and G&A to build budgets and identify key drivers of performance.
Automate recurring reports to enhance visibility and drive data accuracy as the organization scales.
Support board and senior leadership with financial packages and strategic analyses.
Conduct ad hoc analyses on pricing, customer trends, and investment opportunities.
