The role
Lead the strategic risk transformation across the organization, shaping and driving the Risk Transformation program and the risk factory model.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the rollout of the risk transformation initiative with clearly defined scope, objectives, and timelines.
Collaborate with country teams to implement global initiatives, track progress, and report KPIs and risk metrics.
Automate risk management processes and governance structures, ensuring alignment with the GRM strategic goals.
Deliver executive-ready updates and presentations, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Requires 6-8 years in strategic or transformation roles within finance/risk, with global program experience and strong analytics and communication skills.
