The role

Key duties include configuring Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Benefits, analyzing business processes, and supporting upgrades and ongoing maintenance. The role involves documenting processes, providing end-user training, and ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance. They collaborate with stakeholders, participate in testing, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. This full-time position offers remote/on-site hybrid work in Texas with minimal travel.
