Role overview: You will build AI Search Agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities; apply reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making to address complex problems end-to-end. You will enhance LLM-based query understanding across multi-turn conversations by performing semantic analysis on queries and documents to deliver accurate, objective search results. You will optimize RAG and LLM pipelines by improving retrieval and ranking algorithms, training and fine-tuning LLMs for answer generation, and presenting results in a structured, user-friendly format. You will translate research into production by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and ensure scalable deployment.
