The role
Support general ledger activities including journal entries and account reconciliations for construction projects.
Reconcile bank accounts and assist with job cost tracking, cost allocations, and variance analysis.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable related to project work.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Support audit preparation, respond to auditor inquiries, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to resolve accounting questions and manage multiple priorities.
