The role
Planification opérationnelle des secteurs de collecte et optimisation des trajets grâce à des outils cartographiques et logiciels spécialisés.
Supervision des départs et retours des camions et formation des conducteurs sur les nouveaux parcours.
Sécurité et conformité: vérification des inspections mécaniques et intervention en cas d’urgence (accidents, déversements).
Communication et service: répondre aux demandes des municipalités et rédiger des rapports techniques; résolution des plaintes citoyennes.
Gestion des équipes: coordination et management d’équipes syndiquées et suivi des performances.
Profil et compétences: 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en supervision, maîtrise d’Excel, Word et GPS, et analyse de données.
