The role
The Temporary HR Recruiter supports organization-wide recruitment efforts under the HR Director.
Develops recruitment plans and leverages social media, employer branding, job boards, and outreach to attract qualified candidates.
Manages the applicant tracking system, posts vacancies, tracks dispositions, and reports on hiring metrics.
Screens candidates by phone and in person, assessing KSAs (knowledge, skills, and abilities), salary expectations, and credentials, then refers strong matches to hiring managers.
Participates in field offices, job fairs, and networking events up to 50% of the time to build the talent pipeline and strengthen employer brand.
Keeps program managers informed about candidates in the pipeline and maintains a qualified candidate database to reduce time-to-hire.
