The role
Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced production environment.
Monitor daily and weekly KPIs, take action to meet targets, and implement cost-reducing improvements.
Set performance targets, review progress, and create action plans to elevate standards across all areas.
Identify and implement continuous improvement solutions, coach colleagues, and develop talent within the team.
Manage welfare and attendance, allocate tasks, and run daily shift briefs to drive engagement and productivity.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to uphold service standards and customer focus.
