The role
Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with employment law across the workforce.
Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver the People Plan and lead key HR projects.
Coach line managers, manage complex employee relations casework, and support restructures and TUPE transfers.
Produce, analyze, and present HR management information to drive continuous improvement.
Manage Right to Work and sponsorship processes, maintain accurate HR files, and support shared services projects.
Deliver onboarding, inductions, and HR training sessions while deputising for the HR Partner during absences.
