The role
Design and scale hybrid retrieval pipelines, ranking systems, and search APIs to enable agent-based workflows.
Architect and implement semantic vector search integrated with traditional IR techniques for enterprise data.
Build and optimize the full search stack: query understanding, indexing, and distributed retrieval.
Scale infrastructure to billions of documents in multi-tenant environments with strong observability.
Leverage user behavior signals to improve ranking and guide knowledge discovery with product teams.
Mentor teammates, maintain high quality standards, and proactively address performance bottlenecks.
