The role
NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced registered pharmacist to join its Pharmacy Services team as a Lead Clinical Pharmacist supporting primary and hospital care settings. The role involves overseeing pharmaceutical services across community hospitals, hospital at home, and hospice care, ensuring high standards of patient care. The successful applicant will work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, promoting NHS values, developing services, and engaging in on-call duties.
