The role
Lead the full analytics lifecycle from ideation to production, turning business questions into scalable data solutions for SCM Autonomation.
Develop smart heuristics to proactively identify supply chain weaknesses and implement practical, production-ready logic for forecast corrections and OOS analysis.
Build rapid POCs (Proof-of-Concepts) and dashboards to diagnose root causes of supply delays and forecast gaps.
Collaborate with Demand Planning and Engineering to productionize validated POCs and ensure seamless integration with core inventory planning systems.
Own inventory health metrics (stockout rate, sell-through) and translate findings into actionable actions with clear causal explanations.
Lead, mentor, and upskill the analytics team, setting best practices for efficient, reproducible analysis and effective stakeholder communication.
