The role
An accountant in this role will be responsible for ensuring accurate monthly reporting, maintaining robust controls, and ensuring compliance with PAYE, NI, VAT, and Corporation Tax. They will collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to enhance financial performance and integrity. Candidates should hold ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualifications with at least five years' experience in finance. Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems are essential for success in this position. The role involves managing financial controls, preparing reports, and supporting strategic financial initiatives. Knowledge of UK tax regulations and financial standards is highly desirable.
