The role
The Entry Level Fence Estimator I/Project Manager supports commercial fencing projects with precise take-offs, cost estimates, and bid development.
Perform digital take-offs using Bluebeam Revu to quantify materials, labor, and equipment for fencing, guardrails, and specialty items.
Review plans and specifications to define project scope, bid requirements, and competitive pricing.
Assist with project setup, scheduling, field take-offs, site measurements, and coordination with suppliers for pricing and availability.
Communicate with clients to clarify details and questions while supporting senior estimators and project managers.
Track bid opportunities and help with data entry, reporting, and cross-department coordination to ensure on-time project delivery.
