Lead the global People strategy and partner with the CEO to build a human-first, high-performance culture.
Oversee all core HR functions—operations, compliance, performance, and employee relations—across multiple regions.
Shape and execute talent strategies, career pathways, growth plans, and performance frameworks to unlock potential.
Drive learning and development programs, expand LMS adoption, and build manager capability with succession planning.
Design global engagement initiatives that resonate across cultures, time zones, and work arrangements.
Own HR operations, payroll, benefits, data integrity, reporting, risk management, and the Leicester office experience.
