The role
A Principal Business Analyst is recruited to a growing SaaS enterprise, focusing on product development and system integration during a critical launch phase. The role involves working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to reduce ambiguity, enhance delivery, and refine feature scoping. Responsibilities include writing detailed user stories, creating system diagrams, and analysing complex architectures to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Candidates should have experience in systems analysis, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies, with preferred knowledge in SaaS and microservices. The position offers an opportunity to lead the establishment of a new business analysis function and engage with senior leadership on high-impact projects.
