The role
A structured, rotational finance program designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Rotations run about 10 months each, spanning forecasting, planning, reporting, and profitability analysis.
You will support CFO-related projects, perform data-driven analyses, build financial models, and drive business improvements.
Develop workforce planning expertise and partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actions.
The program requires in-office presence four days per week, with relocation assistance available to either San Antonio, TX or Charlotte, NC.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with up to 2 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills.
