Head of Human Resources - Glasgow

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within a large, multi-site organisation and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Knowledge of UK employment law and complex employee relations is essential, alongside a pragmatic and hands-on approach suitable for an executive level. Experience in operational sectors such as construction, utilities, or manufacturing would be highly advantageous.
