The role
Lead the design and deployment of cross-system fulfilment strategies to improve operational efficiency and driver utilization.
Build and apply DL and LLM models to capture spatial-temporal patterns and adapt to changing marketplace conditions.
Develop ML/DL models to predict user and driver behaviours, guiding decisions and platform interventions.
Create interpretable, adaptable optimization models and RL systems or decision agents that handle multiple objectives and disruptions.
Collaborate with ML and backend engineers to integrate models into real-time production systems and ensure robust deployment.
Document methodologies and findings, and communicate outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
