The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions to support localization and business workflows, including machine translation, LLM fine-tuning, and QA.
Own projects from concept to production, delivering technically robust solutions on time and with measurable impact.
Select and tailor ML techniques to solve business problems, and optimize models through rigorous evaluation.
Implement and deploy models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn; containerize with Docker and deploy on AWS.
Monitor production ML systems with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and MLflow for experiment tracking; ensure documentation and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate across teams to ensure ethical, responsible AI development and clear communication of findings and recommendations.
