The role
Own and advance the people analytics program, from data collection and cleaning to modeling across multiple sources.
Lead the internal analytics platform, Crunchr, and contribute to the product roadmap for people insights.
Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Productize insights to support regular decision-making by People teams and business leaders.
Build models to understand retention and performance, informing hiring, retention, and culture strategies.
Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance while communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.
