The role
Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and backend ingestion to enable automation and analytics.
Work with data from diverse sources (CRM, product, marketing, orders, and support) and move data between applications via robust data layers and data lake.
Improve data architecture, data quality, monitoring, observability, and data availability across the platform.
Write data transformations in SQL and Python to produce data products consumed by analytics, marketing operations, and sales operations teams.
Mentor junior engineers, lead cross-functional projects, and engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions.
Operate with a focus on customer success, long-term solutions, growth mindset, inclusivity, and teamwork as you scale globally.
