The role
Lead the design, development, and implementation of on-premises MLOps solutions to enable reliable machine learning model delivery.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to build scalable data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment systems.
Develop and maintain monitoring and management tools to ensure the reliability and performance of the on-prem MLOps infrastructure.
Understand organizational ML needs, translate them into scalable MLOps solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Stay current with trends in MLOps, LLMOps, and AI, and share knowledge to keep the team at the forefront.
Mentor junior team members and assist with troubleshooting and user issue resolution.
