The role
As a Staff Product Data Scientist, you will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape the product roadmap through data-driven decision making. You will apply advanced analytics to analyze product usage, identify what works, what doesn’t, and opportunities to accelerate growth. You will define and communicate key success metrics and present evidence-based insights to executives to inform strategy and prioritization. You will synthesize insights across product areas to uncover correlations and causal relationships that drive impact. You will act as a domain expert, advancing data science practices, and ensuring scalable, observable analytics and data models. You will champion a culture of evidence-based decision making and make data accessible and actionable for stakeholders at all levels.
