The role

Civil Engineer: Performs hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, designs transport systems, and prepares regulatory documentation. Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 1-4 years of experience in roadway/drainage design required. Proficiency in HEC-RAS, MicroStation, and OpenRoads DU essential.
