The role
Coordinate and optimize shipments across domestic and international networks to support a world-class supply chain.
Provide backup for freight payment, review carrier contracts and tariffs, and resolve billing disputes.
Manage import/export documentation, HTS classification, and ensure compliance across shipments.
Forecast transportation needs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive data-driven process improvements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain clear communication, and prioritize shipments.
Develop standard processes, maintain KPIs, and support special projects as needed.
